About Us

Focused tools for people who treat cold exposure as training, recovery, and long-term self-knowledge.

🧊 We built I Cyfinity Lab for people who take cold adaptation seriously, from athletes preparing for icy open-water swims to wellness practitioners refining daily shower routines. The app turns each session into part of a disciplined, personal training record.

🌊 Our mission is to make cold exposure easier to plan, measure, and understand without pushing your private history into the cloud. Projects, protocols, breathing routines, readiness checks, and milestones give every goal a clear structure.

📊 I Cyfinity Lab helps you log ice baths, lake immersions, contrast sessions, cold showers, and recovery notes with meaningful details such as temperature, duration, perceived effort, breath control, mood, environment, and recovery quality.

❄️ Train the cold. Study the signal. Build resilience that you can actually see.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

1. Information We Collect

I Cyfinity Lab does not collect personal information. We do not require accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, advertising identifiers, analytics events, or device tracking data. Any information you choose to enter into the app, including cold exposure projects, ice bath sessions, cold shower logs, lake immersion notes, breathing routines, readiness assessments, temperatures, durations, perceived effort, mood, recovery quality, environmental notes, milestones, and personal records, remains stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect your information, we do not use it for profiling, marketing, analytics, research, advertising, resale, or behavioral measurement. The app uses the data you enter only on your device to display your own dashboards, timelines, heat maps, comparisons, progress summaries, recovery patterns, achievements, and historical reports. These features are calculated locally and are not sent to us.

3. Data Storage

Your app content is stored only in the local storage area of the device where I Cyfinity Lab is installed. We do not provide cloud sync, remote server storage, hosted backups, web accounts, or external databases for your training history. If your device operating system creates a device-level backup, that process is controlled by your device settings and not by I Cyfinity Lab.

4. Third-Party Services

I Cyfinity Lab does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, behavioral SDKs, social media trackers, or data brokers. We do not share app activity with outside services. The app is designed to work as a private on-device toolkit for cold adaptation planning, logging, and review.

5. Data Security

Our privacy approach reduces exposure by avoiding data collection and server transmission altogether. Since your cold exposure history stays on your device, security depends largely on your own device protections, such as passcodes, biometric locks, operating system updates, and responsible backup settings. We recommend keeping your device secure, especially if you record sensitive health, recovery, or training notes.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. I Cyfinity Lab does not ask children or adults for personal details, does not create user profiles, and does not transmit usage data. This collection-free design is intended to be friendly to COPPA principles because no personal information is gathered by the app.

7. Your Control

You control the information you enter into I Cyfinity Lab. You can edit or remove session notes and projects inside the app where those controls are available. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. Because we do not maintain accounts, servers, or cloud backups, we cannot retrieve, restore, review, or delete your information remotely.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app changes or if legal, technical, or operational requirements evolve. When the policy is revised, the Effective Date will be updated so you can see when the latest version applies. The core privacy commitment remains simple: I Cyfinity Lab is built around local use and no data collection.
